Robert and Tammy came to visit and any time they're here is great. What's better than having Grandpa around to pick on? Here you see Jordan "playing" with Grandpa...doesn't he look like he's having a great time? Can't figure out why their visits are always so short?
We also broke out the tube for the first time of the summer. Jordan had a blast and Matthew was terrified. For my family: we sang the tubing song the entire time, but I'm a little rusty on the verses. Made up my own but does anyone remember the original verses? the only one I remember is "when I get in the boat I will say, that was FUN"...of course, I remember the chorus...I've tried for years to forget it but there's no hope of that! Jordan has been walking around for 2 days now singing, "going tuuuuuubing, going tuuuuuuubing...."
Jordan got a boatdriving lesson. She took it very seriously.
After tubing and boating was fishing time. Jordan caught many of these little guys and between her newly aquired boat driving skills and fishing skills, she's considering going on the pro fishing tour. As long as she can provide for us in our old age...I'm all for it.
The best part of the weekend was just hanging out with family and enjoying our time together...of course I don't have any pictures of that...but it really was the best!
